There is no author's submission fee or other publication-related fee of author-side since the publication cost was underwritten by the Korea Housing & Urban Guarantee Corporation. The Journal of Housing and Urban Finance is a platinum open access journal, of which full text is immediately available after publication and that does not charge author fee.
